Floral Subscription

What is the bouquet size?


Regular: Width ~30cm, Height ~36cm You can choose to upsize your bouquet too! Upsized: Width ~35cm, Height ~36cm




What are the flowers that you will be using?


We use the all season flowers, such as Roses, Asters, Sunflowers, Alstroemeria, Baby's Breath and many more for your cost friendly blooms. If available, we also include seasonal blooms such as Peonies, Ranunculus and tropical flowers.




How do I help the flowers last longer?


Place the flowers in a vase, about 1/4 filled with clean tap water. Cut about 1cm off the stems and change the water daily, or every 2 days. Remove fallen leaves or petals from the water to prevent contamination. You can also pluck out wilting leaves or petals to keep the flowers looking fresh.




Do you have a vase to go with it?


Yes, we can include a clear glass vase at an additional cost of $10, for you to keep and reuse. The vase will be delivered with the flowers in it during the first delivery. Subsequently, the flowers will be wrapped and arranged to fit nicely into the vase!




What is the duration of the subscriptions?


This subscription is valid for 3 months.





Order & Payment

Can I have a vase to go with my flowers?


Yes, you can select this option upon check out at an additional $10.




What are the modes of payment?


Via credit/debit card, or paypal. And manual payments via PayNow and bank transfer.




When will my order be ready?


Your bouquet order will be ready within 24 hours. If you would like a same day or urgent delivery, there will be an additional cost of $10.

How do you wrap your bouquet?


We keep our wrapping simple to reduce wastage. Our wrapping materials are non-woven wrapper, kraft paper or burlap to minimise the use of plastic




How do I customise my bouquet?


You can order a Customised Bouquet at just $89 on our Shop page, or let us know if you have a specific budget and preference for us to follow.




I don't know what flowers I should use for my bouquet.


No worries! Just choose from our Daily Blooms or Customised Bouquet on our Shop page or you can write in to us for us to design a bouquet for you. It's our pleasure to create a bunch of happy blooms to your liking!




Can I do a quick inquiry with you?


Yes, we have the live chat option at the bottom right of the screen. And we will respond as soon as we receive your message! However, we won't be able to reply you after you leave our site, so kindly include your contact details so that we can get back to you.

Delivery & Collection

Do you charge for delivery?


No. But orders that come in after 1pm for our daily blooms will have an additional $10 delivery charge. Likewise for urgent or same day delivery for customised blooms.




Can I do a pre-order?


Yes, for our daily blooms just select the pre-order product, for customised booms, you can insert the preferred date of delivery.




When do you provide deliveries?


Our deliveries are from 11am to 6pm. There will be additional charge of $10 for delivery requests after 6pm.




Can I collect my bouquet?


There is no collection available at the moment.
