Delivery
Delivery Information
Delivery is made between 10am and 6pm, Mondays to Saturdays and our bouquet includes free delivery.

A delivery cost of $18 is applicable for:

specific delivery time
-
same day orders made after 12pm (last order is at 4pm)

Delivery for orders made on the same day will be between 2pm and 7pm.

We will email you on the day of the delivery your order's expected arrival time frame. Kindly check your spam mail if you did not receive any update, or you can contact us.
Redelivery
​
There will be a redelivery fee of $18 under the following conditions:

incorrect delivery address provided
-
invalid or uncontactable recipient or sender

upon request by the sender or recipient

If there is no one present to receive the order, a redelivery will not be made, unless requested. The flowers will be placed at the doorstep with a photo taken as the proof of delivery. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage of the order after delivery.​
Self-Collection
Self-collection is available upon prior request. Please contact us to let us know in advance. Collection location will be at Simei.

Payment Methods

Credit/Debit card, or PayPal. And manual payments via PayNow and bank transfer.
Returns & Refunds

If you have quality issue with your flowers, kindly contact us immediately for us to resolve it. Should there be a fault on our side, we may offer a replacement bouquet or offer a refund with store credits.
Due to the nature of our product, we don't accept returns and no monetary refunds will be given.

We collect your personal information for the main purpose of fulfilling your order. Under certain circumstances, we may be required to disclose your personal data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
We may use your device information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our products, services, marketing and your user experience.
The security of your personal data is important to us. While no method of transmission over the internet has absolute security, we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data.
